At Moiss, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience that ensures our customers' satisfaction, while upholding product quality and consumer rights. In line with our commitment to transparency and integrity, please find our official return and exchange policy below:

First: Exchange Policy
• Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be:
 • Unused
 • In its original condition
 • Accompanied by the original packaging, invoice, and any included accessories
• Exchange is not applicable to:
 • Customized items (e.g., engraving, names, or special sizes)
 • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• The customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways.

Second: Return Policy
• We value our customers' satisfaction and offer refunds in the following cases:
 • Receipt of a product with a ed manufacturing defect
 • Receipt of a product completely different from the order

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected by our quality control team.

• A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by:
 • Unboxing video
 • Clear photos showing the product and the mentioned defect
• Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
 • Product is used or damaged after delivery
 • More than 24 hours have passed without proper ation
 • Customized or altered orders per customer request

Important Notes:
• No exchange or return request will be accepted without clear proof submitted within the stated time frame.
• Moiss reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the item before approving any request.
• By confirming the order, the customer agrees to this policy.
